At Upfront & Company, we pride ourselves with providing our tenants with a high quality, newly renovated facility. Located in the Downtown Business District, our facility has a total of 14 rental spaces. There are currently only 2 open spaces at present, so you may want to hurry to lock into a location.

We work with our lessee's to maintain a non-competitive atmosphere with other tenants. Our goal is for your business to do well, and hopefully surpass your expectations. We view that being part of the downtown business district allows all of us to contribute to, and build, the downtown area. That is why tenants within our building, as well as our restaurant, banquet hall, and night club, are sure to provide you with the service that you are looking for.

Our street-level storefronts provide the citizens of Marquette owner-operated quaint shops with a variety of services. We invite you to visit these shops so that you can experience the high level of service that only owner-operated stores can provide.

The second level of our facilities is primarily professional offices. If you are in need of services, there may be the professional that you need right downtown.

At Upfront & Company, we are looking to maintain long-term, good relationships with our tenants. You can review the current tenants in our facilities at links in this web site. You can also view the open spaces available with the layout and current square footage available for that venue.
