Upfront & Company is focused on contributing
to the Marquette Downtown Business District, as such, we pride
ourselves with providing our tenants with a high quality, newly
renovated
building.
Located in heart of Downtown Marquette, our facility has
a total of 14 rental venues. There are currently only 2 available
spaces at present, so you will want to hurry to lock into a location.
Our street-level
storefronts provide the citizens
of Marquette owner-operated quaint shops offering a variety of
goods and services. While the second level of our facilities
is primarily
professional
offices and services.
At Upfront & Company, we strive to maintain long-term,
good relationships with our tenants. We work with our lessee's
to foster a non-competitive atmosphere with the other tenants.
Our goal is not only for your business to succeed,
but hopefully, to surpass your expectations. We view
